Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary dispute resolution option for separating, divorced, or unmarried parties that are involved in a dispute.

Our qualified neutrals, or Mediators, can assist parents resolve issues or concerns that may arise when a relationship ends and as children grow and mature.

Examples of possible issues are:

· Financial Asset division — home, cars, bank accounts, possessions, retirement funds, etc.

· Parenting Time — schedules, contact with relatives, transportation, telephone contact, etc.

· Parenting Concerns — discipline, child rearing, education, access to records, extracurricular activities, important child events, etc.

Parenting Expeditor

Our Parenting Time Expeditor’s (PTE) are court appointed professionals that can assist parents by enforcing, clarifying, and address circumstances that were not specifically addressed in an existing parenting time court order. The process begins as mediation, but if the parties cannot come to a resolution, the PTE can make a determination. Throughout a child’s life, circumstances will continue to change depending on their age and your life’s circumstances. It is impossible to foresee the future and be able to account for every situation that may arise. 

If necessary, the Parenting Time Expeditor can determine when an existing parenting time order has been violated.

Parenting Consultant

Our Parenting Consultants can assist you with any issues that you may have that involves your children, which includes parenting time (visitation), financial considerations, as well as modifications to your parenting plans.

This process allows parties to mediate a dispute and if a decision cannot be reached, the Parenting Consultant can arbitrate and make a determination.

Parenting Coach

Our Parenting Coaches can assist any parent who wants to improve their parenting skills or co-parenting skills. Parenting Coaches can also assist a parent through the difficult process of adjustment during separation or divorce.

Social Early Neutral Evaluation

The Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE) is a voluntary process that allows individuals an opportunity to reach an earlier settlement while receiving information on what the outcome might be if there is a full-length custody study. Not only is this process confidential, it also saves the frustration and expense of repeated court appearances, court fees, evaluation fees, increased attorney fees, etc.
